Ground zero access  to the global Internet infrastructure through integrated cross-connect and provisioning services.

Internet-savvy businesses know that it takes more than a Web server, rack space and Internet access to successfully conduct electronic commerce. As a premier provider of secure co-location with 24x7 support, SVTIX offers a full range of options to businesses that want to reap the economic advantages of outsourcing – yet maintain the reliability, scalability and security of in-house management.

Direct Access to the World’s Leading Carriers and Backbones
SVTIX provides diverse fiber access to over eleven of the world’s foremost Tier-1 and regional telecommunications providers. With the convergence of these leading carriers, SVTIX has become one of the nation’s most powerful carrier-neutral Telco and Internet traffic hubs. Our close proximity and virtual connectivity to MAE West provides benefits that other locations cannot offer: faster interconnect speeds and significant fiber transfer cost savings.

Cross connect Services

A cross connect is an extension from the bandwidth provider’s demarcation point in the SVTIX Meet-me rooms to the customer’s rack, cabinet or cage in the SVTIX co-location area. Customers can choose from among the widest array of Tier-1 and regional telecommunications providers through our carrier-neutral Meet-me rooms. All copper, GigE and fiber cross connects are available. Cross connects are ordered through SVTIX. A horizontal distribution system (ladder racking) is used for deploying connection cables for connectivity between customer sites and service providers’ patch panels.

IP Connectivity

We are a carrier-neutral facility. SVTIX customers can secure IP connectivity directly from the carrier(s) of their choice. Upon customer request, SVTIX may assist customer with contacts for the various IP providers.

Security

SVTIX provides access to all data center facilities through a secure keycard system. Several IP-accessible video cameras provide additional security for the facilities.
